Back in 1998 we had the opportunity to purchase a meat market that had been in business for 20 years. Our original location was near the corner of 10th st and Nolana Ave in McAllen. This meat market was owned by Robert R. Stark who had been in business in the Houston area and decided to try his luck in the Rio Grande Valley. We moved from our Nolana location to our 10th and Dove location within one year of operation. It has been 17 years now at this location. We decided to open our second location in the Sharyland, – Mission Area about 8 years ago and are located near the corner of Shary rd and Griffin Parkway.
We have kept the same recipe formulas and quality of our meat products throughout all our years in business. The key difference between us and other markets is that we only sell Choice Northern Beef and Pork that is sent to us from Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, and occasionally from Canada.
